1. Scope of Terms and Validity
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to legal relations between the customer (hereinafter the Customer) and Laidoneri KV OÜ, the owner of the website https://www.parkhotelviljandi.ee (hereinafter Park Hotel Viljandi online booking), arising from the purchase of products and services via Park Hotel Viljandi online booking.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, purchases made via Park Hotel Viljandi online booking are regulated by the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. All transactions in the online booking system must be made by a legally capable person of at least 18 years of age. If a transaction is made by an unauthorized person, the owner of the bank account or debit/credit card used will be held responsible for the transaction.
1.4. Park Hotel Viljandi does not sell alcohol to minors under 18 years of age. The hotel reserves the right to request proof of age and to decline orders from minors. In the event that a minor pays for additional orders that include alcohol, a refund for the cost of the beverage will only be issued to the person whose bank account or credit card was used for the payment.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include taxes applicable under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. Please carefully review the pricing information for your selected rate. Advance payment is mandatory for certain rates. If you cancel a booking with a prepayment condition, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the prepaid amount.
2.3. If you have not prepaid for your hotel room, you will be charged upon arrival in the local currency. The hotel accepts cash as well as VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard, and Estonian bank cards.
3. Payments for Prepaid Accommodation
3.1. Products or services selected by the Customer via Park Hotel Viljandi online booking must be paid for in full. By completing the payment, the Customer confirms that they have fully read and accepted the terms and conditions provided by the service provider in the online booking engine.
3.2. Payments in the online booking system can be made via internet banking or with Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. Internet banking is available for the following banks:

Immediately after completing a bank or card transaction, the Customer must click the “Back to merchant” button to confirm the transaction.
4. Booking and Confirmation
4.1. When making a booking, you are required to provide your name, date of birth, phone number, address, arrival and departure dates, and/or a promo code. To obtain a promo code, you must enter into a personal agreement with the hotel. All details regarding the promo code (name, validity, conditions, etc.) will be arranged directly between you and the hotel via email (info@parkhotelviljandi.ee) or phone (+372 43 53 300). Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from the hotel.
5. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation policies and refund terms vary depending on the accommodation and/or package rate selected. Please review the pricing description carefully. Specific terms regarding cancellation, modification, and refunds are detailed in the description of each rate in the online booking engine. If you cancel a rate that requires advance payment, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the prepaid amount.
5.2. Accommodation and/or packages are only valid for the specified start and end dates. They are invalid after the expiry date and cannot be refunded, extended, or changed.
5.3. To modify a booking, please make a new booking and cancel the previous one. Please note that rates and room availability may vary for the new booking.
5.4. If you cancel a rate subject to prepayment conditions, the hotel reserves the right to retain the prepaid amount.
5.5. In the event of a non-arrival (no-show) or late cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the first night’s rate as a no-show fee. If the hotel has incurred specific costs exclusively for your reservation, you are required to compensate the hotel for those expenses.
5.6. Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation deadline. You must cancel before this time to avoid cancellation fees. Please review the hotel policies carefully.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. All personal data provided while making a purchase via the online booking system is strictly confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6.2. Laidoneri KV OÜ has the right to collect personal data provided by the Customer. Laidoneri KV OÜ will not disclose personal data to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except in cases provided by law.
6.3. Personal data processed includes information provided by the Customer during booking (first and last name, address, telephone number, and email address).
6.4. Sensitive card details are securely processed by Makecommerce (https://makecommerce.net) and are never shared with merchants or third parties. Maksekeskus AS is a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider that processes Visa and MasterCard payments for EU-based merchants. Card details are transmitted exclusively via a secure SSL connection. In order to issue refunds to the Customer in accordance with the cancellation, modification, or refund terms, Laidoneri KV OÜ will utilize the secure platform of Maksekeskus.
7. Hotel Obligations to Guests
7.1. If you have received a room booking confirmation but the hotel is unable to accommodate you in the selected room category upon arrival, the hotel is obligated to provide you with a room in a higher category free of charge, or an equivalent room at a hotel of the same standard.
8. General Information
8.1. Arrival and Departure: Rooms are at your disposal from 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the arrival date until 12:00 (12:00 PM) on the departure date.
8.2. Children: Children aged 0–3 stay free of charge when using existing beds. An extra bed for a child aged 3+ or an adult is available for €34 per night.
8.3. Smoking Policy: All rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking. If a guest violates this rule, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for all resulting cleanup and restoration costs. The hotel reserves the right to fine the customer €1,000 for smoking.
8.4. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
8.5. Parking: Parking is free of charge for hotel guests.
8.6. Housekeeping: We care about responsible water and energy consumption. If you require your room to be cleaned during your stay, please notify reception by 23:00 (11:00 PM) on the preceding day.
8.7. Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to availability until 14:45 (2:45 PM) for an additional fee of €15 per room.
8.8. Late Check-out: Late check-out is subject to availability. Check-out until 12:20 PM is free of charge. Check-out between 12:20 PM and 13:00 (1:00 PM) incurs a fee of €15 per room. Check-out after 13:00 will result in a charge equal to the full room rate for the following night.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. All disputes regarding online bookings between the Customer and Park Hotel Viljandi will be resolved through amicable negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Customer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Any matters or disputes not explicitly covered by these terms and conditions will be governed by the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.
